Your MVP, scoped to ship.
I scope and build first versions with founders: the smallest product that tests the idea with real users, built so the second version doesn't start with a rewrite. One person owns it, from the data model to the interface.
I reply personally within 2 business days. Rates come up on a call, once the scope is clear.
What I build
A scope you can ship
What the first version does and leaves out, decided before any code, so it reaches users sooner.
The product, end to end
Data model, backend, interface and deploys, on TypeScript, Next.js, Convex and Expo.
Built to keep
Tests and a clean structure from the first day, so the next version builds on this one.
AI where it earns its place
AI features only where they serve the user, built and tested like everything else.
A good fit
- A founder with a clear problem and no engineering team yet
- A startup that needs its first version on web, mobile or desktop
- An idea that depends on AI features working for real
Not a fit
- A fixed price for an idea nobody has scoped
- The cheapest hourly build
How it runs
- 01
You write to me
Tell me what you're building through the form. I reply personally within 2 business days.
- 02
We talk it through
A call on the problem, the fit and what it should cost. Rates come up here, once the scope is clear.
- 03
I scope it in writing
What ships first, what it's built on and how it's tested, agreed before the build starts.
- 04
I build it test-first
Each change starts with a failing test, and you see the product running as it grows.
- 05
It's yours to run
The code, the tests and the notes your team needs to keep building on it.

Questions, answered
How do you decide what goes in the first version?
We start from the one thing a user has to be able to do, then cut anything that needs something new built around it. I write the scope down so we agree on what ships first.
Do you work alone?
I own the build myself and direct coding agents for the work around it. If the product needs a designer or a native mobile specialist, I say so early.
Can it grow after the MVP?
That's why I build it properly: tests, typed code and clear modules, so a new feature doesn't mean a rewrite.
What does it cost?
I don't publish rates. Once the scope is clear, I quote it in our first call.
